This explains what S2E collects and what remains local during RELIEF Module use.
What S2E processes
S2E Compliance Suite currently stores account, subscription, payment verification, and non-tax usage log data. RELIEF Excel files, TIN listings, transaction rows, amounts, generated DAT files, and validation reports are processed locally in your browser and are not uploaded to the subscription server.
Name, email address, account ID, sign-in method, email verification status, legal acceptance timestamp, and account status.
Plan code, subscription status, module access, start date, end date, and payment verification references.
Payment screenshot or photo, reference number, payment method, amount, and admin verification result.
Module, action, file name, reporting period, status, timestamp, IP address, and user agent for accountability.
Privacy commitment
- Customer transaction files are processed locally in your browser.
- Customer data is not sold or shared for advertising.
- Access to payment proof and admin tools is limited to configured admin accounts.
- Security and audit logs are used for troubleshooting, fraud prevention, and compliance monitoring.
